It is the end of the year and we only have 3 more days until the end of the year! Hopefully, you have accomplished all that you wanted to do for 2010 and have already set in place what you want to do for 2011. Yogi Berra once said, "If you don't know where you are going, you'll end up someplace else."
Resolutions are never a good idea; however, know what you want to accomplish! Set short and long term goals for yourself and if possible, set deadlines! "Every ceiling, when reached, becomes a floor, upon which one walks as a matter of course and prescriptive right." -Aldous Huxley

The Toy Lady
Do you know how many women require clitorial stimulation in order to acheive an orgasm? Its mindblowing!! An estimated 75% of women REQUIRE clitorial stimulation in order to climax! Most women do not know about this and neither do their men. So the better question is, how many women have never had an orgasm? This is even more worrisome. An estimated 10 to 40 percent of women have never had an orgasm!!!
Some women don't know what they should feel. Some women don't know if they have even had one. An orgasm is a peak of the plateau phase of the sexual response cycle which can be characterized by an intense sensation of pleasure during some type of sexual activity. You can be by yourself or with a partner. This feeling is controlled by the involuntary limbic system, and is accompanied by quick cycles of muscle contraction in the lower pelvic muscles. The feeling is almost like a strong wave that takes over your entire body. The first time you climax, it could be a little scary because you are unsure of what is going on but don't worry....this is a natural thing.
Before getting worried and upset about the situation, there are a few things that you can try. First, RELAX!!! Nothing is going to happen if you are tense and expecting it to happen within 2 minutes. Next, find that perfect balance between pleasure and the relaxation your body needs and also the tension that you need to work through to climax. PRACTICE....PRACTICE....PRACTICE!!! Get some toys. Vibrators, G Spot stimulators, dildos....whatever it takes. I think that vibrators are perfect for first-timers. They let you work on your situation alone and then you can also bring it into the bedroom with your partner.
If all else fails, talk to your doctor or a therapist to see what you need to do.
