It is the end of the year and we only have 3 more days until the end of the year! Hopefully, you have accomplished all that you wanted to do for 2010 and have already set in place what you want to do for 2011. Yogi Berra once said, "If you don't know where you are going, you'll end up someplace else."
Resolutions are never a good idea; however, know what you want to accomplish! Set short and long term goals for yourself and if possible, set deadlines! "Every ceiling, when reached, becomes a floor, upon which one walks as a matter of course and prescriptive right." -Aldous Huxley
